Writing term 3 week 10

 this week we had to write about what part of the body we are interested in i did the human skeleton here it is hope you like it

What is a skeleton
A skeleton is the hard structure of a living being like a human or animal. It protects the organs, heart, and brain so then they dont get damaged or hurt. Sometimes the skeleton can be on the outside of an animal and on the inside of human. a  skeleton is made up of bones that are alive, growing and changing always. There are 206 bones in a adult human body. Bones are made up of periosteum, compact bone, and cancellous. Starting at the top of the skeleton is the head’s skeleton called the skull and it keep your brain safe. The next part of bones are the ribs the, ribs protect your organs and other things like that. The next part of the bones is the spine, the spine is the main part of bones that help you move your back and other things. Your hands are the next part of your bones your hands are the main things you need to pick up and use things or hold things. Next are your hip and pelvis they are the main bones that connect your upper and lower halves of the body. The legs are the last bones they are they main things you need to use to walk and stand on etc.

I woke up with powers

 this week for writing was we had to make a story about one day i woke with superpowers

I woke up with super powers
One morning I just woke up but something was different. I had super powers. The superpowers I had were invisibility, teleportation, shape shift, god mode, jump boost, and speed boost. I decided to go and get dressed and then have breakfast with these cool new powers so then i told me family about my new powers but none of them believed me. So first i told my older sister i had invisibility powers she didn't believe me so then i showed her by standing in front of her then asking her to turn around then look back and i would be behind her and tapped on her back and her mind was blowen. Then i told other older sister that i could teleport she didn't believe me as well so then i told her to look at the roof and then i teleported onto the roof and then she was shocked then i decided to tell my mum i could shape shift she thought i was lying so then i changed into a WOLF! Then i then i went to my dad and teleported onto a plane flying above out house my dad said i was going to die then i jumped down and didn't die! He was so surprised then i told everyone me and my sister would have a race with obstacles we had to pass then everyone was surprised i was running so fast and jumping realy high then we had to do 5 laps around our entire house and i won in 50 seconds and my sister 5 minutes then gave up. Then they all believed me so we all got an ice cream by me teleporting to the ice cream shop and all decided that i only use my powers in realy important time and keep a secret.

Sports VS Music

This week for writing, our topic is music or sports and which one do you like more. 

Here are my thoughts I hope you like it.

What helps calm you down? Is watching TV, playing a relaxing game or is it listening to music.

Sometimes when you listen to music do you hear a word  you don't know? For example you don't know what decay means. You listen to a song and it has the word decay in it so then you have basically learnt a new word.

Some people listen to music while exercising like when they go outside for a walk around town or your neighbourhood. When you listen to music do you feel calm and relaxed so then you can go to sleep?

Because of these reasons i think that music is better than sport. you can still do sport while you enjoy your music.

The reason i am writing this letter to you is because the school pool is to small for me sometimes. When ever our class goes to the pool it nearly goes up to my waist because it’s to shallow i would like there to be two pool’s at school. The one that we already have and another one that is two meter’s deep so then the tall people can have fun too. When i’m swimming my face can sometimes get to close to the ground. The ground in thew pool can sometimes be realy sharp and scratch my my foot wich hurts. So the only thing i’m asking you is to make there be two school pools one shallow and one deep.

WRITING WEEK 1 TERM 3 ARE ZOO'S GOOD OR BAD

 This week for writing our topic is are zoo's good or bad

Because zoo’s are sometimes small they can’t fit a lot of animals in them so they try and find some space for other new animals to live in. When zoo’s are big they will sometimes have things like gift shops or ice cream stands. But sometimes they just have a lot of animals.

 Sometimes they have endangered animals that need to be taken care of. They can have big animals like rhinos and giraffes or little animals like monkeys and spiders.

 When animals have small cages I think it’s animal abuse because of the cages. Sometimes they have bad animals that can kill you.

 What is the difference between where a animal is born and a zoo. How do you feel when you go to a zoo?

 Now I want you to think what would you do if you were a animal trapped in a cage for the rest of your life?

Worlds Worst Children

Please don’t read or your life will be gone… Full of bad things…

Once upon a time there was a very smart kid called Nerdy Nathan. He is so smart that he is already in college and he’s ten but this is a story about how he became dumb.

One day when Nathan was at home he decided to see why the town was being so loud when he got to town he said something so smart the town did not even know what it meat. Then Nerdy Nathan got a good idea… Nathan wanted to met someone like him someone who is naughty. While Nathan was walking in town he met some bullies they started a fight with Nerdy Nathan but Nathan goes through this every day so he knows their every move he doged all the hits and knocked out all the bullies and keep on searching for someone to be bad with him. After hours of searching he decided to to go back home and sleep. In the morning there was a suspicious knock on the door so he got dressed and went downstairs to the living room and opened the door and found someone slippery as slime and his name is Slippery Stanley. Stanley was so slippery that when ever he went down the stairs he would slip. When Stanley and Nathan were walking around the house trying to find something they have in comen they found something old. They went to town but as soon as they put their foot outside the door they got trapped in a cage and they cant get out and then something that looked like a gun got put in front of Nathans face Nathan thought he was going to die but instead he was dumb and Slippery Stanley slip out of the cage and never to be seen again.

what part did you like this was three pages in my book and took two days to make in my book.

pygmy sea horse

the pygmy sea horse is one of the smallest sea horses in the world. they measure about two centimetres in size. their scientific name is hipocampus bargibanti. there are seven different types of pygmy sea horses.

pygmy sea horses attach to a coral reef fan that is ether purple or orange.

when pygmy sea horses are baby's they live in their fathers brood pouch and then when they are born they start brown and then they find a coral and then they mach colours with the coral. the pygmy sea horse eat small crustaceans and their predator are bigger fish and sharks.

when the coral reef dies the pygmy sea horse finds a new coral reef fan.

One day in Samoa I was on a little raft I was just starting to relax until a big tsunami came and then I was stranded out in the ocean then I found a little island ahead of me I started to swim closer and then I knew I was still in Samoa because I could see the beach I was on before I found a coconut tree but I couldn't reach the coconuts I shaked the tree and coconut fell  and knocked me out so when I woke up I saw in the water fish, turtles, and sharks.  I started building a raft and when I was done I sailed back to land where it is safe.

My name is slaine i like star wars the emperor strikes back and minecraft. The reason i like minecraft is because you can do what ever you want and there are four different ways you can play creative mode where you can do what ever you want and fly. Survival mode where you have to try to beat the game without dieing or you can just try and not die and do normal things , there is also adventure mode where you can’t break or bulid things wicht is boring and spectator mode where you can fly and go through blocks you can also fly in survival mode but you need a special item called elytra you get from beating the game. There are three different types of worlds the over world a normal world the nether a lava and fire world and the end a world where you have to try and beat the the game by defeating a big dragon called the ender dragon and when you kill it you have to find a purpal and white ship where you get the elytra but wacht out a sneaky purple box called a shulker box it is a thing that shots a white ball that makes you leviate so watch out  for them once you beat the its the end. The reason i like star wars  the emperor strikes back is because there are a lot of scenes that have my favourite character boba fett he had a dad called jango fett but in star wars attak of the clones he gets killed by a man named mace windu he cut off jango fetts head in very brutal way there are nine star wars movies star wars episod 4 a new hope episod 5 the emorrop strikes back

episod 6 return of the jedi episod 1 the phantom mence episod 2 attak of the clones episod 3 revenge of the sith episod 7 the force awakens episod 8 the last jedi and episod 9 the rise of sky walker. In episod 6 boba fett gets killed by a sand monster called a sarlac pit.

Week 8 & 9 Writing Nonsense creature

 My Nonsense Creature

My creature is called the the monster bug under the bed it bug that looks like a monster and it hides under your bed and what it does  is when you wake up it scratches your bed and when you go to look under your bed it runs to hide in the darkness and if you go to grab your flashlight it vaneshsess. It looks like a black ball it has red eyes two arm's with to razor sharp claws it does not have legs because it floats it does not have a mouth because it try's to be silent in the darkness and scare you.

how it feels to be a jedi (writing)

 I was going to the jedi temple to start my trainingbut there was no one there so i decided to find someone. I left the temple to look for people i found a clone so i ask him if he knew where some jedi were he he dident know were some jedi were so i decided to keep on looking. I saw battel droid so i got out my light saber and cut it and then carry on looking. I found obi wan kenobi but he busy so i left him i decided i’m going to betray the jedi and become a sith lord.

 for term 1 week 7 our topic was change at papakura central school and here is my writing.

If i change the school i would add a canopy to the senior court but first i need to find how to get the money and the builders and it might have to be during the school holidays so then its not in the way of the students and teachers. So first i decided how to get the money, maby i could do a school fundraising to get the money for the senior canopy now i just need to find how to get the builders i can call some but i need to figure out which are the best to get. I can get the builders that did the middle school canopy but there were days they were here and days they weren't here so then they might take awhile so that will be a bad idea so i think it might have to happen another time.
