 this week we had to write about what part of the body we are interested in i did the human skeleton here it is hope you like it

What is a skeleton
A skeleton is the hard structure of a living being like a human or animal. It protects the organs, heart, and brain so then they dont get damaged or hurt. Sometimes the skeleton can be on the outside of an animal and on the inside of human. a  skeleton is made up of bones that are alive, growing and changing always. There are 206 bones in a adult human body. Bones are made up of periosteum, compact bone, and cancellous. Starting at the top of the skeleton is the head’s skeleton called the skull and it keep your brain safe. The next part of bones are the ribs the, ribs protect your organs and other things like that. The next part of the bones is the spine, the spine is the main part of bones that help you move your back and other things. Your hands are the next part of your bones your hands are the main things you need to pick up and use things or hold things. Next are your hip and pelvis they are the main bones that connect your upper and lower halves of the body. The legs are the last bones they are they main things you need to use to walk and stand on etc.
